Clean and comfortable room. Facilities were ample. Owner was always present and very friendly and helpful. Property is situated in a very convenient location near the city centre and within walking distance of a bank, cafes, and restaurants.

The ma.ager was so lovely and accommodating, the room was nice and clean and the king-sized bed was so comfortable. Very close to Mt Smart or Go One stadium. Asian restaurant on site.

Customer service was AMAZING!! They went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing. From reserving a spot for my car whenever I popped out (because it’s a big car) to giving us an early check in due to unforeseen circumstances. Will definitely stay again. Sandy, the manager, was so friendly and helpful. The cheaper room was perfect for what I needed, as were the shared kitchen and bathroom that came with that deal. Clean, tidy and well-equipped. The location was perfect. Very close to great coffee, food and drink.

Amazing stay here for the last 3 nights. The lady I spoke to was awesome. Very helpful and accommodating. Even when flights changed and I had to arrive early and stay later they were very accommodating. I will definitely come back here.
